Servo manipulator: A multi degree of freedom manipulator is an automated processing equipment that can mimic the functions of a part of the human body and allow for self control, enabling it to transport workpieces or operate tools according to predetermined requirements for processing operations. The hydraulic manipulator uses hydraulic power and applies electro-hydraulic servo control, which has the advantages of sensitive action, high load rigidity, high precision, fast response speed, and high power component ratio. It is more suitable for high-power load transportation. Servo manipulator has the characteristics of sensitive and controllable action, accurate and reliable positioning, high load driving force, and strong environmental adaptability. Nowadays, multi degree of freedom robotic arms are used in processing automation industries such as steel, marine, petroleum, chemical plants, and logistics transportation, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and working conditions of workers, improves processing efficiency, and stabilizes product quality. At present, most robotic arms use motors as their power source, which have the advantages of simple structure, light weight, agile action, reliable operation, energy saving, and environmental protection.
